Stephanie Byerly MD is a distinguished Neuro-Obstetrical Anesthesiologist who recently transitioned from a successful academic career as Professor of Anesthesiology and Pain Management to private practice. She is also a dynamic Certified Life, Women’s Centered, and Trauma Informed Professional Coach, , and is recognized as an Associate Certified Coach by the International Coaching Federation. Throughout her career, Dr. Byerly has excelled in leadership, serving in pivotal roles such as Chief of Staff, Chief of Anesthesiology, Chief of Obstetric Anesthesiology, Director of Resident Recruitment, Director of the Operating Room, and Chair of the American Society of Anesthesiologists Committee on Women Anesthesiologists. Her contributions extend beyond clinical excellence—she has authored numerous publications addressing physician wellness and dismantling gender bias in the workplace. As the founder of Stephanie I. Byerly, LLC, The UNNUMB Method and The UNNUMB Collective, Dr. Byerly brings a wealth of expertise in Advanced Feminist and Women-centered Coaching, Life and Leadership as well as Trauma-Informed Leadership Coaching. Her unique blend of professional achievements, personal resilience, and extensive training empowers her to guide women in breaking free from limitations, reclaiming their authentic power, and aligning with their deepest purpose. Dr. Stephanie Byerly

Tracy Clark is an award-winning leadership and high-performance coach who believes play is the most underestimated state in business. She works with founders and CEOs who are scaling through complexity — helping them lead from a state that catalyses growth in themselves, their teams, and their results. Her perspective is grounded in two decades of commercial experience. Tracy and her brother built an international oil and gas events business, growing profits by 450% over five years before selling it in an eight-figure exit. She served as Managing Director and Board Member until the sale — which means she coaches from a place she’s genuinely been. She is an MCC-accredited coach — one of fewer than five percent worldwide. Tracy’s mission is to bring play into the world of leadership as the catalyst for real growth, real results, and real human aliveness at work. Her first book, Let’s Play: The Catalyst Advantage — How Great Leaders Unlock Exponential Impact, will be published in late 2026. Outside her work, Tracy lives in London with her husband, their four children, and two dogs who regularly crash her coaching sessions. She’s happiest cooking for a full table, travelling the world, and living with curiosity and purpose — all of which she’ll be bringing with her to the TEDx stage this year.

We are always encouraged to be more innovative, so what is the secret behind innovative thinking? Nash Fung might have cracked the code. With his decade long experience as a magician who creates original magic for live & television performances (CW network, Travel Channel, Channel5 (UK), etc...). He now unveils the curtain as a keynote speaker, sharing with his audiences the tricks behind innovative thinking. His keynotes had inspired audiences from TEDx, Meta, Amazon, Microsoft, helping teams ignite their curiosity to create more impactful ideas together.

Nash Fung

Angela J. Hanscom is a pediatric occupational therapist, international speaker, and the founder of TimberNook, an award-winning, nature-based developmental program that has reached children, educators, and therapists around the world. Widely recognized for her pioneering work in outdoor play and its impact on child development, she is the author of the bestselling book Balanced and Barefoot: How Unrestricted Outdoor Play Makes for Strong, Confident, and Capable Children. Hanscom’s expertise has been featured across major media platforms, including The Washington Post, NPR, Edutopia, Treehugger, Times of India, The Jerusalem Post, and the Children & Nature Network. She is also a frequent TEDx speaker. Her contributions have earned national recognition, including a Small Business of the Year Award in 2019 and being named a “Hometown Hero” by Glamour magazine. Through her writing, speaking, and TimberNook programs, Hanscom continues to influence a global movement toward more balanced, play-centered childhoods.

Dr. Kerry Magro (Mah-grow) Ed.D. was nonspeaking till 2.5, diagnosed with autism at 4 and didn’t speak in complete sentences until 7 years old. Today as an adult he is an award-winning autistic professional speaker, best-selling author and autism consultant to Netflix’s Emmy-Award Winning Series ‘Love on the Spectrum U.S’and the HBO series Mrs. Fletcher. His work also includes being hired as a writer for the PBS Kids new series ‘Carl the Collector’ featuring the TV Network’s first-ever autistic main character. He started professional speaking 4 years ago via the National Speakers Association after he fell in love with theater as a child to help with his social and communication skills. Today he has spoken at over 1400 events during that time include 2 TEDxTalks and a 'Talks at Google' presentation. In addition, Kerry is CEO & President of KFM Making A Difference, a nonprofit organization that hosts inclusion events and has provided 150 scholarships for autistic students for college and counting since 2011. He’s provided 27 small business grants for small businesses that hire people with disabilities and has played Santa Claus for autistic and special needs children for the past decade to give them an opportunity to meet Santa in a sensory-friendly environment. In his spare time, he hosts a Facebook Page called Kerry's Autism Journey that now has 314,000 Facebook followers where he does on-camera interviews highlighting people impacted by a diagnosis to help break down barriers in our community. His videos he’s produced have been watched over 35 Million times. Dr. Kerry Magro

Dr. Monica Peterson is a children’s book author, educator, and business owner dedicated to supporting children and families through inclusive learning and play. A former special education teacher and administrator, she is the founder of Inclusive Kids and Inclusive Kids Play Studio, organizations that provide early learning support, developmental services, and play-based experiences for children. Through her work with families, educators, and communities, Dr. Peterson advocates for the power of inclusive play as a foundation for learning, connection, and belonging. She believes that families play a vital role in creating environments where children can grow, explore, and build meaningful relationships across differences. As an author, she writes stories that inspire empathy, understanding, and friendship among young readers and the adults who support them. Her work centers on the idea that when children learn and play together, everyone benefits -- making communities stronger.

Dr. Monica Peterson

Dan Roth is an Amazon Best Selling Author, Strategic People Operations Executive and Non Profit Advisor. He was a speaker at TEDxThirdWard in early 2026. Having been diagnosed as neurodivergent in 1989, Dan uses a lifetime of self reflection, research and understanding to advocate for others in spaces that rarely get enough attention. These areas include eating disorders, body dysmorphia, domestic violence, sexual assault, maternity & menopausal rights, neurodiversity & disability and anti racism and mental health. To accomplish his goals of helping to create a more inclusive world, Dan takes a three prong approach. The first prong is his work in corporate, the second is as a professional speaker and the third is his work in non profits. Currently, Dan sits as the co-chair for his daughter’s school district advisory committee on Special Education, a role that has let him to raising nearly $15,000 to put adaptive swings in all 26 elementary schools, sensory bags in each classroom and more. K.C. Kennedy is a speaker, author, and mental strength and resilience coach who brings grounded presence, clarity, and connection to every stage she leads. As the creator of the UNBREAKABLE mental strength and resilience framework, K.C. equips individuals—from students to executives—to stabilize under pressure, align their mindset with purpose, and lead with confident, anchored authority.

A finalist for KSEE 24’s Remarkable Woman of the Year, K.C. is also the author of Facing Your Giants…in the Arena, where she explores the power of grit, confidence, and courage in shaping a meaningful life. Her work is rooted in a simple but transformative belief: when people learn to train their minds, they unlock the ability to live and lead with intention.

As a host, K.C. creates an environment where ideas land with impact. She brings warmth, insight, and a natural ability to connect themes and people, guiding audiences through experiences that are both engaging and meaningful. Her background in keynote speaking, coaching, and podcasting allows her to hold space with both energy and depth.

Beyond the stage, K.C. is an athlete, community volunteer, photographer with Central Valley Honor Flight, and a Sun-Maid raisin grower. Her life experiences—including witnessing both parents survive traumatic brain injuries—have shaped her deep respect for the resilience of the human spirit.

As Master of Ceremonies for TEDxClovis Play, K.C. brings more than a voice—she brings presence, purpose, and the ability to unify a room around ideas that matter.

What is TEDx?

In the spirit of discovering and spreading ideas, TED has created a program called TEDx. TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. Our event is called TEDxClovis, where x = independently organized TED event. At our TEDxClovis event, TED Talks video and live speakers will combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events, including ours, are self-organized.
